Most orders ship within 3-7 business days nationwide. Custom-branded orders typically take 7-14 business days depending on quantity and branding method.
Do you brand with my logo?
Yes — we offer screen printing, embroidery, pad printing, laser engraving, sublimation and digital printing. Send us your logo (vector format preferred) when requesting a quote.
What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order total is N$1,000 (incl. VAT), and we do not take orders below this amount. For branded items, minimum quantities vary by product and typically start at 25-50 units.
Can I see a sample first?
Absolutely. We can arrange product samples and digital branding mockups before you commit.
