Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across Namibia and offer collection from Windhoek by appointment. Delivery timeframes and charges depend on the products, quantity, branding and destination.

Delivery areas & charges

Windhoek: free delivery on orders over N$2,000. Orders under N$2,000 are charged a local delivery fee, confirmed on your quote or at checkout.
Regional & nationwide: delivered via courier and quoted separately based on weight, size and destination.
Warehouse collection: collect free from our Windhoek warehouse — by appointment only. WhatsApp us on +264 85 238 4424 to book a slot before driving out.
Bulky or restricted items may require special freight, quoted separately.

Delivery timeframes

Unbranded / stock products: estimated 3–7 business days after cleared payment and stock confirmation.
Branded products: estimated 7–14 business days after cleared payment and final written artwork approval.

These windows are working estimates, not promises: most stock travels up from South African supplier warehouses, so freight, customs and holiday backlogs can add days we cannot control. Working towards an event? Tell us the date before you order — if we commit to it, we commit in writing, and if we cannot make it we will say so upfront.

Risk, inspection & missed deliveries

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or collection. Please inspect your order on receipt.
Report shortages, damage or incorrect goods within 48 hours of receipt, with photographs, to sales@octovianexus.com.
If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address or unavailability, a re-delivery fee may apply.
