Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your order. Because we supply both standard stock and custom-branded goods, different rules apply to each.

Standard (unbranded) products

If goods arrive faulty, damaged, short or incorrect, report it within 48 hours of receipt with photographs.
Approved returns must be unused and in their original packaging.
Once inspected and approved, we will replace the item or refund it.

Branded & custom products

Branded and personalised goods are made to order and are not returnable unless they are faulty or were supplied incorrectly (i.e. differ from your approved proof).
We are not responsible for errors that were present in an artwork proof you approved (spelling, colours, placement or dimensions).
Report any fault or incorrect supply within 48 hours of receipt with photographs.

How to request a return

Email info@octovianexus.com with your order number and clear photographs. We will issue a return authorisation and instructions. Approved refunds are processed by EFT to your original payment account, normally within 7–14 business days of the returned goods being received and inspected.

Not covered

Change of mind on custom or branded goods.
Errors reproduced exactly from an approved proof.
Slight, reasonable variation in colour, dimensions or materials (see our Disclaimer).
