Website & Product Disclaimer
Straight talk from the Octovia team: promotional products are physical goods pulled from live supplier ranges, so a few practical realities apply whenever you use this store.
- What you see on screen: product photos are supplier studio shots. Every screen renders colour a little differently, and manufacturers occasionally adjust materials or dimensions between production runs.
- Specifications: supplier specifications and ranges may change without notice.
- Stock: we show live supplier stock, but that stock sells across the region in real time — items are only truly yours once payment has cleared and we have allocated them to your order.
- Pricing: catalogue prices move with quantity, supplier pricing and the exchange rate, and exclude 15% VAT (added at checkout), branding and delivery. The figure that binds us is the one on the written quotation or tax invoice we issue you — nothing else on this website does.
- Colour matching: screen colours, digital proofs and final branded colours may differ. Exact colour or Pantone matching is only guaranteed when expressly agreed in writing.
- Website errors: we may correct pricing or typographical errors and will contact you before proceeding if an error affects your order.
- Links to other sites: where we link out (for example to supplier catalogues), those sites run under their own rules and we cannot vouch for what they publish.
