Do you have a minimum order quantity?

Unbranded stock items can usually be bought in small quantities. Branded orders have a minimum order quantity that depends on the product and branding method — we confirm this on your quote. We are happy to discuss one-off and small branded runs where the supplier allows it.

How do I get a quote?

Use the Request a Quote form or the quote button on any product. Tell us the product, quantity, colour, branding position and your delivery town, and upload your logo. Quotes are normally returned within one business day and are valid for 14 days.

What artwork do you need?

Vector artwork is best (PDF, AI, EPS or SVG). High-resolution PNG may work for some methods. We will send you a digital proof to approve before anything is produced.

Will you match my exact brand colours?

Screens, printed proofs and branded goods each render colour a little differently. If a colour is brand-critical (Pantone-specific), say so on your quote request and we will confirm in writing what your chosen branding method can realistically hold.

How long do orders take?

Unbranded / stock orders: about 3–7 business days after cleared payment. Branded orders: about 7–14 business days after cleared payment and final artwork approval. Tell us your event date before ordering.

How do I pay?

We accept payment by EFT (bank transfer). Production and delivery timelines begin only once payment has cleared.

Is VAT included? What about branding and delivery?

Displayed prices exclude 15% VAT — VAT is added at checkout and shown on your quote. Branding and delivery are also excluded unless stated.

What are your delivery charges?

Free delivery within Windhoek on orders over N$2,000. Regional and nationwide delivery is quoted separately. You can also collect free from our Windhoek warehouse — by appointment.

What is your returns policy?

Standard goods can be returned if faulty, damaged or incorrect (reported within 48 hours). Branded / custom goods are not returnable unless faulty or supplied incorrectly. See our Returns & Refunds policy.
