Proof before production
Nothing is produced until you approve a written quote and a digital artwork proof — spelling, colours, dimensions and placement are confirmed by you first.
Branded orders in 7–14 business days
Counted from cleared payment and final artwork approval. Unbranded stock orders ship in 3–7 business days.

Faulty or wrong? We put it right
Report shortages, damage or incorrect goods within 48 hours with photos. Faulty or incorrectly supplied goods — branded included — are replaced or refunded.

Minimum quantities
Unbranded stock items: no minimum — order what you need online.
Branded items: the minimum depends on the product and branding method. Where the supplier sets one it is shown on the product page under Branding guidelines, and it is always on your quote. Small and one-off branded runs are possible where the method allows — ask.
Artwork
Vector artwork is best (PDF, AI, EPS or SVG); a high-resolution PNG works for some methods. We send a digital proof to approve before production. Brand-critical colours (Pantone-specific)? Say so on your quote and we confirm in writing what the chosen method can hold.
Payment
EFT (bank transfer) to our Namibian bank account — no card fees. Nothing is charged until you approve a written quote. Production and delivery timelines begin once payment has cleared. Displayed prices exclude 15% VAT; VAT is shown on your quote and at checkout.
If something is wrong
Report shortages, damage or incorrect goods within 48 hours of receipt, with photos, to info@octovianexus.com. Standard goods that are faulty, damaged or incorrect are replaced or refunded; branded goods are replaced or refunded when faulty or supplied incorrectly. See Returns & Refunds.
