Year-end corporate gifts in Namibia: what to order and when
Every December the same thing happens. Businesses remember their clients and staff at the last minute, and by then branding slots are full, stock runs low and delivery slips into the new year. A little planning now avoids all of that.
Order by 13 November
Branding takes time. Your logo has to be prepared, a proof approved, and the items printed or engraved before delivery. Orders confirmed by 13 November give you a comfortable buffer before the holidays. After that, we will still try to help, but we cannot promise popular items will be available.
Pick a budget tier
- Under N$100 per person. Branded pens, notebooks, lanyards and keyholders. Good for large client lists and event handouts.
- N$100 to N$300 per person. Drinkware, bags, umbrellas and tech accessories. Practical gifts people actually use all year, with your logo in front of them.
- N$300 and above. Premium pen sets, notebooks, diaries, flasks, gift sets and hampers for key clients and senior staff.
Choose something people will use
Gifts that sit in a drawer do nothing for your brand. Items used daily, like a good water bottle, a notebook or a laptop bag, keep your logo visible long after the festive season.
Ask for a proof
